Are you running from your purpose?

"Do not neglect your gift, which was given you through prophecy when the body of elders laid their hands on you."
1 TIMOTHY 4:14

Are you running from your purpose?

I wonder sometimes about gifts. what are gifts? did you know that gifts are given from the lord god. Most people think that its there awkwardness  as to why they perceive themselves to not have gifts or even a purpose at all. additionally most people think that  they have purpose because they look like they have what it takes. they were fooled by the image of society. no matter what you look like, sound like, big, small, young, old it does not matter, the lord will use anyone  to bring glory to his kingdom and to edify his love for us.
1 Corinthians 12:4-6 “Now there are varieties of gifts, but the same Spirit; and there are varieties of service, but the same Lord; and there are varieties of activities, but it is the same God who empowers them all in everyone.” (ESV)
your looks are not the best thing you have to offer the world.
how can I say that that without even knowing you ?well, all knowledge is given from the bible. The bible frequently gives us affirmation when it come to our appearance being irrelevant. looks and vanity is a worldly thing. what you look like has no bearing on your worth in gods eyes. he has gifted us  with a numerus amount of passions that are good , talents, and even godly characteristics. these gifts can range from supernatural to kindness and hospitality. these are the best parts of us. Our souls and spirits, not the outward appearance, which fades away.
1 Peter 4:10 “Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms.” (NIV)

Follow your passions and gifts. your purpose is a lined with what god has for you. why would you deny what god blessed you with. if the lord Jesus needs to use you, why would you basically tell god he is wrong. my lord god is never wrong. there are people waiting on your obedience. let me say this, we are made in gods perfect image. so how can you say you don't have the certain "look" to fulfill the role your destined to walk in. looks and appearance is not the most important thing , its the gift god has given you that matters. when you begin to move in that gift, do you think that people are going to worry about if you look awkward or perfect. no! they are going to see the anointing of god on you threw the gifts that gods given you.

Exodus 35:10

“All who are skilled among you are to come and make everything the Lord has commanded.” (NIV)

Matthew 25:15a “To one he gave five talents, to another two, to another one, to each according to his ability. Then he went away.” (ESV
